Our three Lake Ozark family vacation homes are all situated within the same cove. Two are side by side, and the other one is just five doors down - closer by water, as the docks are barely 200 feet apart!
We strive to provide the best family vacation experience at the Lake of the Ozarks. We provide clean and spacious waterfront homes, with private docks, water toys and activities, fantastic decks and views in a cove within the famous 'power line cove'. Our kitchens are stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and gadgets you'll need! High quality propane grills, and two full-sized fridges at each home. We provide the linens, bath towels, detergents and a starter of paper products.
Our cove is located inside of Downing Branch Cove aka Powerline Cove in the coveted Horseshoe Bend area of the Lake of the Ozarks. This Cove within a Cove setting is great for swimming, fishing off the dock, with deep water for boating.
The Black Pearl is a modern, 3-level home with 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths, multiple decks and sleeps twelve. It sits adjacent to Skipper's Point, below. It features a large waterfront, private dock with slip, pedalboat, kayaks, paddleboards. There is a carport and paved drive with parking for four large vehicles.
Skipper's Point, right next door to The Black Pearl above is a spacious and open, 2-level home with 5 bedrooms, including one giant 'family bedroom' 3 baths, massive, multi-tiered decks and sleeps twelve. A large private dock, with a canoe, pedalboat, paddleboards, kayaks and a waterslide. The large circular driveway has ample parking.
Eagle's Landing, Just five doors down from Skipper's Point, and close by water is is a large and open, 2-level home with 4 bedrooms, including one with two Queens 3 baths, a large boat-shaped deck, open kitchen and sleeps eleven.
Bring your rod and drop a line off the private dock, float in the cove or enjoy our water toys! Each house has kayaks, and other water-based activities free and available for your use during your stay. We do have a collection of life jackets but do suggest you bring your own, so you know everyone has one that fits. Nearby state parks offer fantastic hiking, nature and history. Bring your own, or rent a boat and park it in a covered slip at the dock. Many great restaurants nearby to chose from, with many accessible by water too.
"This was our second time at this fantastic lake house. There is plenty of room for everyone and large entertaining spaces.
